On an ongoing basis, Mount Pisgah goes above and beyond to attract and retain outstanding teachers and coaches. Compensation is competitive and benefits include health and life insurance, PTO, and retirement. On-site childcare is also available through our Early Learning Center (Infant-2).

Continuing education is highly valued at Mount Pisgah. Teachers may take advantage of more than 30 hours of on-site professional development annually, numerous off-site workshops and seminars and reimbursement for approved advanced studies.
